颱風來了，你家做好防颱準備了嗎 ? michico說今天他下班會去買一些零食還有乾糧，會有我的嘛~?!There is a large Typhoon coming, right now this typhoon is right on Philippines, and it cause so many damage there, please click here to check CNN 's news, very serious damage. This typhoon will come to Taiwan this evening, since last night, the weather become very strange with lots of rains, the typhoon will brood over Taiwan on 8/18~19, can you see me on the map ? I am right on the north of Taiwan, I hope the place I stay will be fine. Michico and Mommy will buy some spare tonight after work, I can tell this typhoon everybody is very worry about.

ReplyDeleteHong Kong just lived through it and it was not fun, although the Philippines got it really rough as you mentioned! I think 3,800 homes were destroyed in China! Thankfully, Hong Kong was ok. The best part? It hit HK on Fri and I went to Thailand for a few days of vacation on Thursday! I totally missed it!

ReplyDeleteAdan, I hope you and your family stay safe and the typhoon does not affect you. I know what you are going through because we live in south Florida and get hurricanes sometimes. Right now hurricane Dean is on its way, but it is supposed to stay south of us.

I finally heard from my brother from Taiwan. He lives in Taipei too! I thought he had moved to a smaller city, but I was wrong.
ReplyDeleteAnyway he told me he missed the typhoon because he was vacationing in Japan. He said he was suprised that I heard about the typhoon, he, he, he.
