1. 小芥 : 記得前年我喝精力湯很勤快的時候，常常阿丹也會趁我不注意的時候偷喝，那時候我就發現其實貓咪會喝一些也算是對他們有益的食物，我喝精力湯的內容沒有搞得很複雜，只有放蔬菜水果一點核果在裡面，還有三寶粉芽菜類，連續這樣喝一年調身體，阿丹也有偷喝不少，來了這盆貓薄荷，我想我可以做一些對阿丹不錯的食物，於是買了書仔細看了貓可以吃哪些東西就開始著手做了。基於牛磺酸攝取的比例，我挑選了羊肉火鍋肉片，冷凍三色蔬菜，苜蓿芽，還有一點點的蘋果，啤酒酵母粉，怕他不夠喜歡來拿海苔一點點～1. michico : at 2005, I continued drinking -

2. 涮涮羊肉片(阿丹已經提早在吃火鍋了)，一些東西都煮熟，但是就是稍微的涮在滾水裡，以不流失營養為主，下次打算用烤的牛磺酸可以留下更多~!

3. 再來就是加一片新鮮洗好的貓薄荷葉子，我去拿葉子時才發現這個葉子真天然，因為蟲蟲先生也跟阿丹一樣要吃貓薄荷~!
