龍年快樂；Happy Dragon Year

大年初一，真是睡覺的好天氣啊~

來看看昨晚除夕大餐的菜色：

The very first day of Chinese New Year, what a great day for sleep~

Let's see the Chinese New Year's Eve's dishes~

獅子頭~ 姨姨的作品

This classic Shanghai dish as below is named Lion's Head because of the

massive size of the meatballs, and because the cabbage,

when cooked, looks like a lion's mane.

當歸醉雞，基本菜色，姨姨的作品：

wine marinated chicken, this also made by Michico, she loves making this:

再來就是阿媽大顯身手部分：年糕，過年一定要有的、還有魚：

Glutinous rice cake~ Very basic cake on Chinese New Year's eve. And fish~ Must have fish~ In Chinese means every day you have save(fortune or money).

蝦子、香腸~

Shrimp, and sausage.

豬肉、還有干貝跟豆干。

Pork, scallop, and dried bean curd.

雞肉還有蘿蔔糕~

Chicken and turnip cake.

滿滿一桌~ 

All full, means to come to perfection.
