今天的貓咪藝術星期日，小芥沒有畫圖，不過在這裡介紹一個台灣和日本都很有名的點心，車輪餅，車輪餅裡面主要是包著紅豆，這是經典款，後來有延伸很多不同的口味，總之就是甜點，目前在我們家夜市這裡，有賣貓咪的車輪餅，讓我覺得很有藝術~!
Today's CAT ART Sunday, michico doesn't paint, but here to introduce a sweet that popular in Taiwan and Japan, it's call "wheel cake", because it's shape just like a wheel, some said red beans cake. It's sweet, and hot. In side the red beans is the classic taste. And right now they have many different kind of taste. Right now, near our home, the night market sell wheel cake with cat mark on it, which let me think it's really art~!

This is the word of cat in Japanese, in Taiwan it usually be written by "貓"，but I think the seller just want to got our attention that their products is from Japanese.

裡面就是紅豆餡，不過這個餡料不是很豐富，餅皮太厚了，紅豆應該要再多一點~! 一顆20塊怎麼餡料放那麼少啊~!
Inside is hot sweet red beans, but this one the beans is not much, the skin of cake is too thick, it should get more red beans inside!!! it should like this one, please see the 6th picture~!
下次給我小魚乾口味的吧~!

Thank you Adan for teaching me about red bean cakes. My mommy loves learning about different cultures.She's eaten a lot of bean dishes, but doesn't think she's ever haad a swwt bean dish.
