怪毛病ㄋㄟ；OAH-OH...

小芥：上週五，發生了很驚人的事情，上班前，阿丹照常尿尿、大便，結果看，喂!! 怎麼地板有好幾滴鮮血!!!!!

 Michico : Actually Last Friday, there was a very shocking thing, before I went to work, Adan as usual pee and poo, but, when I woke up and watched him, WHAT THE....There are few drops of blood on the floor!!!

 我當下當然非常的緊張，心理想說是不是他大便流血，不舒服~

Certainly I was crazily nervous, I was thinking what if he was pooping and bleeding at his butt....

但是結果竟然是小雞雞流血!!! 在阿丹重複舔的時候，我當機立斷拿頭套給阿丹戴起來，避免因為舌頭的細菌會讓他的傷口感染發炎。(抱歉讓大家看這麼血淋淋的真實畫面)

But turned out, it was Adan's penis bleeding!!! I saw the bleeding image when he was licking, I immediately put the collar on Adan avoid him lick again, and so I am so sorry to let everyone saw these photos.

 馬上檢查阿丹的尿尿有沒有血，如果有血，那就很糟糕了，那肯定是有結石。

And Immediately checking if there is any blood inside his pee, if it was, it will be very very bad!!!

當天先把阿丹帶去看醫師打消炎針。然後醫師叫我要蒐集尿液。再回去做論斷。

When the vet opened, I brought Adan to the vet to give him few antiphlogistic   , and asked me collecting his pee to check.

隔天，很成功蒐集到尿液，阿丹尿液的六項指數都良好，尿液裡面沒有任何的血液反應。所以是他的小雞雞外頭破皮。可是到底是怎樣破掉的，還是一樁懸案，我們又讓阿丹打了一針消炎針，已經第四天了到今天，阿丹恢復情況良好，也沒有流血了。不過，就是製造了一樁讓人嚇屎的事情，怎麼會流血呢？我還是想不通，阿丹，告訴我吧~ 總之，目前阿丹還滿好的。謝謝大家了~

And next day - Last Saturday, I collected Adan's pee successfully, and brought to the vet to check, there were 6 items about checking the pee and all degrees were great, and there is nothing blood in Adan's pee at all. So, there is nothing wrong inside of him, it's outside has a little big hurt about his penis skin~ But How Come? I still don't understand until now, We asked the vet gave him an antiphlogistic again and brought him back, and he is good now and no more bleeding anymore, but the whole thing is still a mistery ..... Adan-dan, please told me..... Anyway, he is doing great now....

小芥：謝謝大家的禱告和集氣!!!!阿丹一切平安，下午四點的肛門腺摘除手術很成功、身體

檢查也不錯(圖片是檢查報告)。只有輕微的高血糖還有輕微脫水。醫師認為高血糖指數不至於到糖尿病的指數，應該是他太過於興奮恐懼導致於腎上腺素不斷的分泌一整個住院的晚上因此讓血糖飆太高(如果是糖尿病的話應該是吃多喝多尿多但是體重下降也多)，那脫水應該是整晚都沒有喝水的關係。其他肝腎指數都非常完美。

Michico : Thank you for ALL YOUR PURRS and PRAYERS, Adan is GOOD, Yesterday evening 16:00 the operation was done, and the body test is all great, you can click bigger the first photo, it's his test result, almost all the result at normal area. Only 2 part, 1 is GLU, It's his blood sugar is too high, the vet doesn't think Adan has diabetes, (because if it's diabetes Adan should eat-drink-sleeps alot and loss weight) the vet thinks Adan was too afraid into the vet so makes him too fear and nervous all night makes the adrenalin into his blood makes his blood sugar too high. And 2 is HCT a little bit high,  he is in dehydration, maybe it's because he doesn't drink water whole night, so when we arrived he is having an intravenous drip. And he was so happy to see ME~

小芥：他完全沒有麻醉退後的問題，一回家就開始大吃大喝，讓我非常感動而且安心。

Adan : Adan doesn't have any problem after anesthesia, soon he went home he asked me have big eating and big drinking, I was so touching and release.

小芥：第二件事情就是去貓砂盆大便+尿尿，尿了大概60秒，大便大一條超級長的。

Michico : The second thing he went to the litter box poo and pee, he pees about 60secs, and poops a long pooooo~~~

阿丹：茄~ 要我大在醫院的籠子？那很不衛生，我是老人了，我可是很有自尊心的~

Adan : huh!! Me, poo and pee in the vet's cage? That is NOT Hygiene!!! I am a old boy and I have my own big PRIDE!!!

點滴的傷口~

阿丹：女人都愛男人有疤~ 

Adan : Women all like Men have scar~ And I have it!

小芥：我拿熱毛巾幫阿丹全身上下好好擦一擦按摩，並且用優碘幫阿丹擦傷口後，阿丹就去睡覺了~~~~很沉~~~

Michico : I took hot dry towel help Adan have a dry warm shower and massage, and use iodine on his butt, and Adan has his own big sleep, very very DEEP sleep.

並且有個小傢伙半夜有偷偷關心噢 :D

And a litte guy is concern about his old brother last night :) So sweet~

小芥：先帶給醫師看看傷口。
Michico: First, bring to the vet to check the wound.
大仔一邊安慰阿丹，阿丹看起來還算滿鎮定的可是還是有點怕怕。
Arion comfort Adan at the same time. Adan looks calm but still a little bit afraid.
傷口已經癒合得差不多了但是還有一個大約1cm的裂痕。
It is almost recover, but still have 1cm long tiny wound.

阿丹：怎麼還有傷痕，大概是我ㄎㄟ/得太嚴重了，黑嘿。
Adan : How come there is still a tiny wound there? Maybe it's because I use the large collar to scratch it, hee hee~
醫師說可以拆線了，剩下那一小條可以慢慢用優碘很快就可以癒合。
Vet said could take out stitches, that tiny wound could use iodine to heal it.

回家後，我們讓阿丹好好的清個身體。好久沒有幫自己洗澡了，這對潔癖丹是整個一整個大抓狂的事情。阿丹回家舔個有一個小時。
Home, we let Adan grooming himself, he doesn't groom himself for a long long time, as a mysophobia, Adan is getting crazy being dirty, Adan groomed himself about an hour.
但是還要帶個頭套幾天，還要等那1cm合起來，阿丹，應該屁股舒服多了吧!
But he still need to wear the collar more few days, he still need to wait that 1cm recover, but hey Adan, I think your butt is getting much better, right?
阿丹：偶的屁股終於沒有異物了~
Adan : I think my butt finally doesn't have anything in there.

丹丹屁屁外皮縫合；suture the skin of butt

小芥：經過努力的幫阿丹清查肛門腺腫大破掉傷口、去膿。今天又來帶阿丹複診了。
Michico : After few days that we helped Adan cleaned the wound of anal sac and pus, last night we brought Adan to the vet checking again.

小芥：傷口看起來很大很怵目驚心，但是請大家不要害怕，膿都清除得很乾淨，這些都是真皮，也沒有發生任何的感染現象，阿丹也沒有發燒等等，一切都好。(只是小鳥露出來了，醫師還偷笑)
Michico : The wound area looks huge, but please feel Okay for Adan, the pus was all gone and clean, these are all inner skin, there is no infection, actually everything is great. (Except Adan's butt showing to the world world, hee hee)
兩個獸醫會診商議了一下，決定既然已經沒有流出任何不良液體，決定縫合，這樣會減低感染機會並且一週之內就可以癒合。
2 VETS has meeting and deciding to suture the skin of butt, avoiding any chance of infecting and it will be recover in 1 week, don't have to suffer anymore.
醫師讓我們選要慢慢自己好還是縫合，我和大仔討論之後決定縫合。免得傷口會碰到什麼東西我們不知道。
The vet let me and Arion decide let Adan get well by himself or suture the skin, we finally decide suture it. Because we are not sure during the recover time, what will Adan's butt will be touched. We don't want Adan suffer this halmet and butt pain anymore.
下面有縫合照片要有心理準備。我眼淚都飆出來了可是我不敢看，醫師請我們去外面散步15分鐘後阿丹很快就會縫好的。
There is an operation photo, please have a little prepare to look. My tears were out but I don't have dare to look the operation, the vet told us to take a walk outside about 15 mins, Adan will be ready very soon!






縫合好了，現在醜醜的，可是一週後拆線就會又是個很可愛的小屁股了。
Done, right now it's not beautiful, but after 1 week, it will be a very cute butt again!
阿丹有打局部麻醉，請別替他擔心不會很痛。
Adan has been shot the butt part anesthesia. So he is not that hurt.

Adan : How come my butt is a little itchy right now?

金摳連；really poor

小芥：昨天凌晨發現阿丹腫大的肛門腺破掉後，昨晚帶阿丹就醫。情況沒有很好，但是也不會太糟，總之腫很久了，很會忍。又很愛舔，刮刮刮刺激結果整個最後就是破掉。帶回家看著他趴著休息內心就很捨不得。
Michico : Yesterday midnight, we found out Adan's anal sac was breaking, after doing the cleaning and iodine, so we bring him to the vet last night. The condition is not good but also not that bad. Just the inflammation is for a while so the anal sac infection is a very big area, he likes licking to irritate the inflammation area finally make it broke, even with the collar, he still could reach it. After back from the vet seeing him resting on the floor, I felt bad and sad.
阿丹：我好可黏，誰來同情偶...
Adan : I am so poor...who can pity on me?
小芥：左上腫大，破掉是右邊，我們請醫師仔細的把死皮裡面的膿都清掉洗乾淨。阿丹在醫院痛到哀哀叫。好心疼!現在阿丹就是要慢慢天天點優碘等待傷口慢慢癒合。
Michico : Left one is the swollen one, the right one is the pus were all gone, the vet detailly cleaning the area, and Adan was bleating at the vet from the begining to the end. My heart was breaking, too. Right now we have to put iodine on wound everday and wait the wound slowly recovered.
現在他好多了，就是很想睡覺。也吃飽飽了一回家就大吃特吃。
Now he is feeling better, and eat lots of food, he eats a lot while he back.
阿丹：讓我睡覺吧。
Adan : Just let me sleep.
樂高：葛格真的好可黏....我這幾天要乖乖聽話...
Lego : My Adan brother is really poor, I will be a very good boy these days.

破病兩貓；Not easy Sunday

小芥：先講阿丹，想說這一兩天怎麼舔屁股舔個不停，讓我心裡覺得有點毛，結果我一靠近他又把腿收起來，我就想說好吧不打擾，昨天早上看到他又舉腿舔我就趕緊過去，媽押怎麼菊花附近腫一塊...看了醫師才知道得了老貓老狗易得的肛門腺炎。目前還沒有被他自己舔破，吃消炎藥觀察中。
至於樂高，也是，怎麼這幾天一直在跑廁所，我就想說他這麼愛喝水不會也是尿路有問題，結果才發現是拉肚子，挖哩，結果兩隻一起去看醫師，初步檢查糞便沒有寄生蟲，判斷應該是吃壞肚子，搞不好是他愛亂吃有的沒有的前幾天大仔才從他嘴巴裡搶救小強的頭，因為樂高把小強的頭咬到嘴巴去，是沒吃到肚子最噁爛的部分...現在兄弟兩個每天都要吃藥兩次拉 orz
Michico : First of all:
Adan's issue, he got "anal sac" inflammation, sometimes it happened on elderly cats and dogs, it makes me feel so bad looking at Adan licking that part for a long time, and quickly bring him to the vet.
And Lego's issue, he gets diarrhoea, the vet says there is no parasite inside his poo so it might be he ate wrong thins, I think it might because he just eat roach's head last night...so started diarrhoea, who knows, anyway, 2 brothers right now has to take medicine twice everyday now....
Hmmmm....

幾乎好啦；Almost Good

昨天晚上帶著阿丹回診。
Last night, I brought Adan back to the vet to check if his bladder is doing fine.
阿丹的膀胱超級小，醫師摸得很滿意，說完全沒問題了。不過還是要再吃一個禮拜的糖漿藥，把一個療程做得完整，吃完之後就不用來了平日小心觀察喝水即可。太棒了!
Adan's bladder is perfectly small, almost done! The vet still give me medicine for Adan taking a week, just for insurance, after he finished the medicine, he won't be back the vet, only need to check and drink water. It's wonderful~!
這是獸醫的貓，非常親人。
This is the vet's cat, very very friendly~!

我們跟阿丹還有樂高再一週就可以在一起了!
Arion and I will be with Adan & Lego only one more week to wait!

這陣子的阿公與我；Mancat Monday - Back

阿丹：是的，大姨姨還有大仔回到台灣了。終於可以盡貓奴應有的義務。可是，我又生病了，泌尿又有問題，好像是上次沒有根治好，這幾天，馬麻還有阿公每天都對我施以酷刑灌膠囊，我每天都「英勇」抵抗一顆20塊錢的膠囊吐出來，差點沒讓我媽咪氣屎了。哇哈哈!
Adan : Yes, Michico and Arion came BACK! Finally she could be able to do the job of cat slave. But, I got some old problems again, my urethra is having inflammation again. So, during Michico & Arion's honeymoon, Pamilla and Grandpa torture me everyday, and I am very brave let very expensive medicine spit out everyday, I guess Pamilla mommy also has been tortured by me! Hee hee~
但是，我和阿公處得不錯。
And yet, me and Grandpa are doing well now.


看？我想我還是可以接受阿公的。
See? I think I can like my grandpa after all.
這幾天我要努力跟尿道炎奮戰了各位。嗚嗚嗚~~
