小芥：阿丹的年紀大了，不能常常亂跳以免傷關節，但是也是要每天固定的跳一下，免得關節退化。我想阿丹自己也是明白這一點的，他每天晚上都會「海跳」半個小時左右，而且很養生，都在很柔軟的環境上面跳躍。

, he can't jump too much or the joints might gets hurt, but still also need to do some exercise or the joints degenerate. But I think Adan is wise, he only jump an hour every night and only jump on very soft flat area.

Adan-dan, I like to jump too, and I am better than Miles. Miles is big as a school bus and sometimes he cannot push with his legs. Mom says I fly like a butterfly!
I see you jump on Lego, give him a lesson, and then you go to your next mancat task!

Adan-I too am being more careful with my jumping. My Meowm has set up a few steps for me in a couple of places around the house. I am not that old but Meowm noticed me having a bit of trouble here and there.....she says I have gained weight and that doesn't help. I don't believe I have gained any weight, but you know humans....
